Jennie joined Kastell in June 2013. She has been specialized in competition law since qualifying as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2003. Prior to joining Kastell, Jennie worked as an associate at the London offices of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Linklaters LLP. Jennie has assisted clients with the notification of concentrations to competition authorities in many different jurisdictions, including the Swedish Competition Authority and the European Commission. She also advises on other areas of competition law.

Henrik joined Kastell as a partner on February 2011. He is one of Sweden’s most experienced leading litigators, with over 30 years’ experience in handling comercial disputes before courts and arbitration tribunals.
Henrik has been lead counsel in seventeen disputes before the Swedish Supreme Court and has particular expertise within the contractual and areas of damages liability, consultant liability and insurance law. During his time at Linklaters he was the head of their litigation team.

Since becoming an Advokat in 2001 Magnus has specialised in arbitration and litigation. He has represented clients across a wide range of industry sectors in both domestic and international disputes. In addition to commercial disputes and proceedings involving corporate law Magnus has particular experience of matters relating to competition law, intellectual property law and proceedings involving regulatory markets.
Magnus regularly sits as an arbitrator and is consistently recognised for his expertise in dispute resolution in the principal legal directories. Before taking on the role as counsel Magnus served as a judge at the Svea Court of Appeal and the City Court of Stockholm as well as a legal advisor at the Department of Justice.

Pamela joined Kastell in August 2011. She has more than fifteen years’ experience in competition law and has previously worked at both the European Commission and the Swedish Competition Authority. Pamela advises clients on all areas of competition law and state aid.
She has been counsel in several recent high profile competition law cases in Sweden and represents clients before the Swedish Competition Authority and the European Commission. Pamela was named as “Associate to watch” by Chambers 2014-2016 and ranked as “Future Leader” by Who’s Who Legal: Competition 2017 and ”Rising Star” by Expert Guides 2017.
Mia joined Kastell in January 2014. She has worked within professional services since 1998, primarily in reception and as a conference coordinator.
She most recently worked for The Boston Consulting Group, and prior to that for Roschier.

Anton joined Kastell in May 2018. He specialises in commercial litigation and public procurement and has significant experience of civil law litigation and arbitration in several different industries, including telecoms and transport. He has particular experience of public procurement, including litigation and advising on public tenders. He has represented both procuring authorities and suppliers in procurement processes, across industries including telecoms, public transport, transport and contracting.

Olof joined Kastell in March 2016. He is specialized in commercial dispute resolution and public procurement. Olof has many years’ experience of both litigation and arbitration in a large variety of sectors, including telecoms, energy and transport.
In addition to his work on civil law cases, Olof has particular experience in competition law cases and has advised on cases involving cartels, abuse of dominance and actions for damages resulting from breaches of competition law. Olof has also handled a large number of cases for judicial review of public procurement decisions and has repeatedly been ranked as one of Sweden's leading lawyers in public procurement by Chambers Europe and Who’s Who Legal, among others.
Prior to Kastell Nilla worked as a legal assistant in Cederquist’s Equity Capital Market group.
She has gained extensive experience from working as a legal assistant at Linklaters and Hannes Snellman law firms.

Carl started working at Kastell in April 2012. Prior to Kastell Carl had worked at other law firms focusing on the areas of dispute resolution and public procurement. He has been legal counsel in commercial court and arbitration proceedings representting both Swedish and foreign clients from various industry sectors. Carl has many years’ working experience in supporting both buyers and suppliers in public procurement processes.
He has been representing counsel in matters regarding public procurement reviews in a range of sectors, foremost procurements regarding IT and office supplies, staffing services, pharmaceuticals and within the transport sector.
Carl is also the secretary of the Anti-Doping Agency within the Swedish National Sports Association.

Malin Persson started working at Kastell on 1 November 2016. Malin joins Kastell from the Court of Justice of the EU where she worked as legal secretary (référendaire) in the Chambers of Advocate General Nils Wahl. Prior to that, Malin worked for several years at Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå KB, specialising in EU and competition law and at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs as an adviser in EU internal market affairs.
Malin has worked on many transactions that have been notified to the EU Commission and various national competition authorities. She also has extensive experience in litigation and other matters involving EU and competition law issues.

Erik is one of the founding partners of Kastell and is head of the competition group. Erik has more than 25 years’ experience in his area of expertise, first working for the national competition authority and for the past 20 years as adviser and counsel to companies. Erik’s main practice consists of advising and representing companies on competition law (including EU law) matters, and he assists companies with all types of competition law questions.
Over the course of his career, Erik has represented companies in many high profile cases before authorities and courts, both domestically and abroad. In addition to his extensive experience in competition law, Erik has also advised and represented companies in a large number of regulatory disputes involving EU law, mainly within the telecom, pharmaceuticals and energy sectors.
Elvira joined Kastell in January 2016. She has worked as a restaurant manager for several years and recently as a legal assistant at a law firm.
Elvira has a Master of Leadership and Management in International Context and a bachelor in Administration.
