Pamela is a partner in Kastell’s competition department and has over twenty years’ experience in competition law. She has previously worked at both the European Commission and the Swedish Competition Authority. Pamela advises clients on all areas of competition law and state aid and often advises clients in complex regulatory areas such as bank and finance, telecommunications and gaming.
She has been counsel in several recent high profile competition law cases in Sweden and represents clients before the Swedish Competition Authority, the European Commission, Swedish courts and the European Court of Justice. Pamela regularly speaks at Swedish and international conferences.
Pamela is ranked in inter alia Chambers and Partners, Who’s Who Legal and Legal 500. In 2019, Pamela was recognised as one Europe’s top female competition lawyers by w@comp. In 2021 she was the only Nordic practitioner included in the Global Competition Review’s ranking Women in Antitrust and in 2022 she was awarded the Client’s Choice award for Sweden and competition law. She is an advisor to the Swedish Competition Authority in the International Competition Network.
