Eugenia Arksand joins Kastell as an Associate. Eugenia was previously at Adda AffärsConcept AB, where she had a broad range of work within public procurement. She has acted as counsel in judicial review cases and on different types of procurement projects. Further, Eugenia has published articles in the field of public procurement law, inter alia in Upphandlingsrättslig Tidskrift, and she was one of the speakers at Upphandlingskonferensen 2023.
