Carl Norén and Olof Larsberger acted as counsel for Svensk dos AB in a case against Region Uppsala and six other regions for damages resulting from public procurement law infringements. Earlier in March, Uppsala District Court rendered its judgment: damages of SEK10 million, probably the highest ever rendered in Sweden for an illegal direct award.
