Kastell is active in all types of dispute resolution. Our practice is focused on representing clients in arbitrations, both Swedish and international, and in litigation. We are often instructed in high profile cases and the team has acted as counsel in dozens of cases before the Supreme Court. In addition, several of Kastell’s lawyers are often appointed as arbitrators.

Contract disputes and other commercial disputes

Kastell handles disputes relating to virtually all types of agreements. We advise on contract law matters as well as matters involving other key areas of law, including sale of goods, company law and claims for damages.
