Erik is one of the founding partners of Kastell and is head of the competition group. Erik has more than 25 years’ experience in his area of expertise, first working for the national competition authority and for the past 20 years as adviser and counsel to companies. Erik’s main practice consists of advising and representing companies on competition law (including EU law) matters, and he assists companies with all types of competition law questions.

Over the course of his career, Erik has represented companies in many high profile cases before authorities and courts, both domestically and abroad. In addition to his extensive experience in competition law, Erik has also advised and represented companies in a large number of regulatory disputes involving EU law, mainly within the telecom, pharmaceuticals and energy sectors.
