Magnus heads the Dispute Resolution team at Kastell. He has over 20 years’ experience of representing clients in commercial litigation and arbitration. Before moving to private practice, Magnus served as a judge at the Svea Court of Appeal and the Stockholm District Court, and as a legal advisor at the Department of Justice. Magnus’ experience includes disputes across a variety of sectors, including energy, telecoms, life sciences, and M&A. His focus lies on commercial contract law and corporate law disputes, but he is also often instructed in, inter alia, competition law and IP law disputes. Many of the cases Magnus has worked on have gone all the way up to the Supreme Court. In addition to acting as counsel, Magnus often sits as arbitrator. Magnus is also regularly invited to lecture on procedural law and commercial contract law. Further, Magnus is continuously recognized for his expertise in dispute resolution by prominent ranking institutes.
