Saara specializes in commercial dispute resolution. She represents clients in both domestic and international proceedings in litigation and arbitration, and advises on all stages preceding and during disputes. Saara extensively assists clients in matters related to commercial agreements and associated disputes.

Saara also has experience in public procurement. She has acted as counsel in procurement-related proceedings in both administrative and general courts, and as a project manager in the implementation of public procurements, leading extensive commercial contract projects.

Saara has previously worked as a law clerk and as in-house legal counsel, and has particular experience in advising on and negotiating contracts in the transportation and public transportation industries.
