Olof Larsberger has contributed with one of the articles published in the 2022 edition of the Stockholm Arbitration Yearbook, ”Arbitration and Public Procurement – A Match?”. As the title indicates, the article explores the possibilities of using arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism in different types of public procurement-related disputes.
