Kastell boosts its dispute resolution team further with multiple senior recruitments

We are delighted to announce that Catarina Rivero Lira and Jakob Andersson, both members of the Swedish Bar, have joined Kastell as Senior Associates. The recruitment of Catarina and Jakob is part of a strategic focus on dispute resolution, which will include further recruitment of a senior lawyer later this spring.

It is worth noting that Catarina and Jakob both have comprehensive experience of commercial dispute resolution within several different sectors, built up over several years at prominent law firms. Catarina focusses on arbitration, and is currently participating in the Swedish Arbitration Association and SCC’s prestigious arbitrator programme, while Jakob is specialised in professional liability, insurance-related disputes and M&A disputes. Jakob is also active in academic work and is regularly published in relevant contexts.
