Carl started working at Kastell in April 2012. Prior to Kastell Carl had worked at other law firms focusing on the areas of dispute resolution and public procurement. He has been legal counsel in commercial court and arbitration proceedings representing both Swedish and foreign clients from various industry sectors. Carl has many years’ working experience in supporting both buyers and suppliers in public procurement processes.
He has been representing counsel in matters regarding public procurement reviews in a range of sectors, foremost procurements regarding IT and office supplies, staffing services, pharmaceuticals and within the transport sector.
