Johan’s practice focuses on competition law. Johan was previously the Competition Neutrality Director at the Swedish Competition Authority, where he was responsible for the enforcement of the rules on anti-competitive sales activities by public undertakings. Johan, who has prior experience at another law firm, is also a trained judge and has served at the Patent and Market Court of Appeal.
