The International Competition Network (ICN) held its annual conference in Berlin this year. Pamela Hansson of Kastell participated in a panel discussion concerning “How to fight and prove bid rigging in public procurement”, with i.a. representatives from the Spanish and Mexican competition authorities. ICN is a network consisting of over 120 competition agencies worldwide, and the Non-Governmental Advisors (NGA) that these competition authorities have appointed. Pamela is an NGA to the Swedish Competition Authority.
